2. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, and American Express.
• Bank Transfers: You can transfer funds directly to our bank account.
• Online Payment Gateways: Payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe.
• In-Person Payments: Cash or card payments can be made at our office.

3. How to Make a Payment

3.1) Online Payments

1. Visit our website at www.gotoday.com.vn
2. Log in to your account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
3. Go to the “Payments” section.
4. Select your booking and click on “Make a Payment”.
5. Choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
6. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

3.2) Bank Transfer

1. Use the following bank details to make a transfer:

2. Include your booking reference number in the transfer details.
3. Email a copy of the transfer receipt to info@gotoday.vn to confirm your payment.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

4. Payment Confirmation

• You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your payment being processed.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at info@gotoday.vn or (+84)-912-932-969.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure, subject to a 10% processing fee.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info@gotoday.vn. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
• Non-Refundable Payments: Deposits and fees for optional services (e.g., travel insurance) are non-refundable.
