Guests should arrive at the waiting lounge in sufficient time to complete registration. A tender or high-speed boat transfers guests between Tuan Chau Marina and La Casta Star Cruise.
Guests arriving after the scheduled embarkation time may need to arrange and pay for a private high-speed transfer to reach the cruise.
Times may be adjusted due to weather, tides, port regulations, or operating conditions.
Child Policy
- One child from 0 to 3 years old sharing the existing bed with parents: Free of charge.
- A second child from 1 to 3 years old sharing the existing bed: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.
- Children from 4 to 6 years old: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.
- Children from 7 to under 10 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult rate.
- Children aged 10 years and above: Considered adults and charged at the full adult rate.
- A child requiring an extra bed: Charged at the adult rate.
- Extra beds and children’s arrangements remain subject to the capacity of the selected cabin.
Surcharge Policy
A compulsory surcharge may apply on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Lunar New Year, Vietnamese public holidays, and other designated special-event dates.

Private Charter Option
La Casta Star Cruise may be arranged as an exclusive full-boat charter, subject to availability and confirmation by the cruise operator. With 27 suites, accommodation for up to 99 overnight guests, and a restaurant seating approximately 100 people, the vessel is suitable for corporate retreats, incentive groups, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family celebrations, and private group voyages.
Charter programs can be personalized with a customized 2D1N or 3D2N itinerary, private dining arrangements, meeting or presentation setups, themed decorations, entertainment, cooking activities, pool or sundeck events, and special celebration services.
The restaurant, panoramic bar, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spacious sundeck, spa, and mini-golf area provide several settings for group activities and private functions. Excursions may include kayaking, swimming, cycling around Viet Hai Village, or discovering quieter areas of Lan Ha Bay.
