• 30 to 11 days before check-in: 15% of total booking value will be charged.
• 10 to 7 days before check-in: 30% of total booking value will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of total booking value will be charged.
• No-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• All cancellations must be submitted in written form via email.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

01 child under 5 years old sharing the full-price cabin with adults: Free of charge (limited to 1 child per cabin)

From the 2nd child: charged 50% adult price (without extra bed).

From 5 to 11 years old

Sharing double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 50% adult price without extra bed.

Sharing double/twin cabin with 2 adults with extra bed: charged 75% adult price.

Sharing double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 75% adult price.

Two/three children in a separated cabin (double/twin/triple): charged as adult price per child.

01 child in a separated single cabin: charged as a full-price single cabin.

From 12 years old: charged as adult fare.

Extra bed: charged 85% of adult price for the third person using extra bed.

Private Charter Cruises:

Children from 5 years old will be charged as adults.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge, limited to 5 children.

Holiday Surcharge

Compulsory surcharge of USD 40/adult on the following days: Christmas Eve (24 December) | New Year’s Eve (31 December) | Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (30 December – 03 January, inclusive of Lunar calendar)
