Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 11:00AM to 12:00PM at Aqua Legend Cruise Waiting Lounge, Lot 27B, Tuan Chau International Marina. Guests following the standard itinerary should arrive at approximately 11:45AM.
Boarding: Tender transfer departs between 12:00PM and 12:10PM. Onboard check-in, welcome drink, safety briefing, and itinerary introduction take place from 12:30PM to 12:40PM.
Cabin check-out: Approximately 9:00AM-9:30AM on the final morning.
Disembarkation: Leave Aqua Legend Cruise by tender from 10:45AM to 11:00AM and arrive at Tuan Chau Marina at approximately 11:20AM-11:30AM.
Required information: Passport details for every passenger, including children, must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure. Late submission after 10:30AM on the departure date may incur a VND 2,500,000 resubmission charge per booking.
Child Policy
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing the existing bed with two adults, limited to one child per cabin
- Second child under 5 years old: Surcharge applies
- Children from 5 to 10 years old sharing the existing bed with two adults: 75% of the adult rate
- Children from 5 to 10 years old requiring an extra bed: 90% of the adult rate
- Children aged 11 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate
- Maximum child occupancy remains subject to the selected cabin category
Surcharge Policy
- Extra bed: Additional charge applies
- Late arrival after the standard check-in period: Private canoe or speedboat surcharge applies
- Late passenger registration after 10:30AM on the departure date: VND 2,500,000 per booking
- Increased entrance or sightseeing fees imposed by local authorities: Mandatory supplementary charge may apply
- Holiday and peak-date surcharges: Subject to the departure date and confirmed at booking
- Bank or credit-card fees: May apply according to the selected payment method
Fixed Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, and national-holiday surcharge amounts are not currently published on the official website and should therefore be reconfirmed for each booking.
Private Charter Option
Aqua Legend Cruise is available for private charter, providing exclusive use of the 21-cabin vessel for groups of up to 50 guests. It is suitable for family gatherings, weddings, anniversaries, corporate retreats, incentive groups, and private celebrations.
The charter price and final program will depend on the departure date, number of guests, cabin allocation, dining requirements, decorations, and additional services.
