When checking out, guests should place their luggage in the corridor outside the cabin, return the cabin key at reception, and settle any outstanding onboard expenses.
Check-in, tender transfers, and disembarkation times may be adjusted due to weather, tides, port regulations, or operational requirements.
Child Policy
- One child under 5 years old sharing the existing bed with two adults: Free of charge.
- A second child under 5 years old sharing the existing bed: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.
- Children from 5 to 7 years old sharing the existing bed with two adults: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.
- Children from 8 to 11 years old sharing a cabin with two adults: Charged at 75% of the adult rate.
- An extra bed may be arranged for children from 8 to 11 years old, subject to the selected cabin category and confirmation.
- Guests aged 12 years and above: Considered adults and charged at the full adult rate.
- Children staying in a separate cabin are charged at the adult rate.
- Child age is calculated according to the date of birth and the cruise departure date.
- Complimentary and discounted child arrangements are subject to the cabin’s maximum occupancy

International Guests
A compulsory surcharge equal to 20% of the cabin rate applies on: Christmas Eve (December 24) | New Year’s Eve (December 31) | The first three days of Lunar New Year
No surcharge applies to international guests on: Hung Kings Commemoration Day | Reunification Day (April 30) | International Labour Day (May 1) | Vietnam National Day (September 2) | Peak-season stays from May 15 to August 15, including weekdays and weekends
Domestic Guests
A surcharge equal to 20% of the cabin rate applies on: Christmas Eve (December 24) | New Year’s Eve (December 31) | The first three days of Lunar New Year | Hung Kings Commemoration Day | Reunification Day (April 30) | International Labour Day (May 1) | Vietnam National Day (September 2) | Peak-season stays from May 15 to August 15, including weekdays and weekends
During the peak season from May 15 to August 15, the following cabin surcharges apply:
+ Sunday-Thursday nights: VND 200,000 per cabin per night
+ Friday and Saturday nights: VND 500,000 per cabin per night
Note: Lunar New Year and Hung Kings Commemoration dates follow the lunar calendar and change annually. The applicable dates and surcharge should be reconfirmed at the time of booking.
Private Charter Option
Halora Kairos Cruise is available for private charter, providing exclusive use of a 28-cabin vessel for family celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, corporate retreats, meetings and private group journeys.
The 350m² restaurant can accommodate up to 90 guests, while the lounge, Sky Bar and 500m² Sky Sundeck provide flexible spaces for private dining, presentations, entertainment and sunset events. The Jacuzzi pool and spa add leisure options for guests between scheduled excursions.
Private charter programs may be arranged for 2 days 1 night or 3 days 2 nights, travelling through Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island. Depending on operational conditions and local authority approval, arrangements may include customised menus, branded events, themed decorations, entertainment, meetings and tailored sightseeing activities.
Overnight capacity depends on the selected cabin configuration and guest arrangements. Charter availability, itinerary, menus, event services and pricing are confirmed individually according to the departure date, group size and requested services.
